Can’t Knock The Hustle

As far back as I can remember, squeegee kids have always been a part of Baltimore’s landscape, earning a few extra dollars cleaning windows of stopped cars, usually at freeway on or off ramps.   Evay, 13, works the light at President and Pratt, where cars often wait to get on 83 North.
